What's your plan for this weekend?
We hope, whatever it is, you get out and enjoy the beautiful spring weather. Whether you're going for a run, walking 18 holes, playing soccer, baseball, softball, or some other sport, don't just sit there! We all know that physical activity improves physical health and increases life spans. Did you also know that exercise promotes better mental health too? Make sure you do something Saturday and Sunday to increase your heart rate and burn some calories. You'll be glad you did.
